Our values
The Four Core Differences That Redefine Chiropractic Care at McClean Spine
Fellowship-Level Spine Expertise
At McClean Spine, your care is led by doctors with fellowship-level training in spinal biomechanics and trauma—a level of expertise most clinics simply don’t offer. This means we understand the spine not just as a system of bones and nerves, but as a dynamic, functional structure. We know how injuries disrupt its mechanics, and more importantly, how to restore long-term spinal balance and performance.
Precision Spine Diagnostics
We don’t guess—we diagnose with precision. Our advanced training in reading MRIs, interpreting motion X-rays, and using AI-assisted imaging allows us to pinpoint the exact source of your pain. From disc herniations to ligament damage and joint instability, we identify what others often miss and design a treatment plan around your unique injury.
Coordinated Spine Care
As spine management physicians, we’re more than just your chiropractor—we’re the quarterback of your recovery team. We know how to coordinate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic doctors, pain specialists, and physical therapists to ensure you get the right care at the right time.
Function-First Spine Care
We treat beyond the surface by analyzing how your spine actually moves. Every plan is built around restoring ideal posture, spinal curves, and joint stability for long-term health—not just temporary relief. Our goal is to fix the root issue and help you move, live, and feel better for the long haul.
