Have an MRI. And not sure whether chiropractic is the right answer?
If you’re weighing chiropractic care against injections, surgery, or a combination of the three. Dr. McClean will review your actual imaging on the phone and give you an honest recommendation. This call exists to help you decide what to do next, not to sign you up for care.
No obligation. No pressure. Just answers.
The best MRI review happens in the office
If you’re ready to move forward, the most valuable evaluation comes from an in-office exam. Dr. McClean reviews your MRI together with static and motion X-rays he takes in the office and a full physical exam. Correlating all three is what produces an accurate diagnosis and a treatment plan you can act on.
Use the free phone MRI review below only if you’re still deciding whether chiropractic is appropriate. Or whether injections or a surgical consult is a better starting point. If you already know you want care, call the front desk to schedule an exam instead.
This Is for You If…
- ✔ You have an MRI and you’re unsure whether chiropractic care is right for your condition
- ✔ You’ve been told surgery is the only option and you want an honest second opinion before deciding
- ✔ You’re weighing spinal injections or decompression and want expert input before booking
- ✔ You’ve tried treatments that didn’t work and want to understand why before spending money on the next one
If you already know you want chiropractic care, skip the phone review and schedule an in-office exam. Dr. McClean will review your MRI during your visit, correlated with his own X-rays and physical exam.
Note: The free phone review is available to residents of Utah County only.
MRI Interpretation: What Makes This Different
Standard chiropractic school teaches X-ray interpretation but not MRI analysis. Dr. McClean’s fellowship training changed that. And it means this consultation goes well beyond what most chiropractic offices can offer.
Fellowship-Trained in MRI Interpretation
Dr. McClean’s fellowship included advanced MRI interpretation for spinal pathology. Disc herniation grading, spinal canal stenosis, ligament injury assessment, and correlation with motion X-ray findings. This level of imaging training is genuinely uncommon in chiropractic and allows him to have a substantive, informed conversation about what your MRI actually shows.
He Reviews the Report and the Imaging
Dr. McClean reviews both the radiologist’s written report and the actual imaging series, and uses AI-assisted tools to support his analysis. The goal is to connect what the imaging shows to your specific symptoms, symptom picture, and functional presentation. So the recommendation you receive is based on the full clinical picture, not just a report read in isolation.
